Easy populate advanced doesn't work on my Zencart

Hello,

I've purchased Easy Populate Advanced 3.0.3 and installed it on Zen Cart Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I've followed all the install instructions but I'm receiving the following message and nothing else:

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant EASYPOPULATE_FAIL_CONFIG_INSTALL in /home/z3n/public_html/zen/admin/easypopulate.php on line 334

Unfortunately my support ticket on http://www.zencartbuilder.com/support are not answered over 4 days.
