    Default CC Refunds

I was doing a test run on my store and my tester paid by cc (not paypal). Where do I go to refund that to her? I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I will be disablling the cc feature before the store opens and going strictly paypal but I need to refund her money to her first.

I forgot to say it was the cc (offline processing) one which I don't have. Is there somewhere in Admin to cancel the order so the customer won't be charged???

The Offline Credit Card cc Payment Module is just that ... Offline ...

If you do not contact, manually, your credit card processor then there is no charge ...

That is correct ... the Offline Credit Card cc Payment Module is all done manually on your end ...

No manual processes ... No charges can happen ...

Could this be the very reason why credit card transactions by the buyer remains on Pending Debit on their online bank account, and I don't see any kind of a status or log on my merchants activity log confirming a transaction has been made, not even pending?

    Thanks!
