red flag Major Error Occurring. Is There a Fix

Can someone please help me! I'm having an issue when someone signs up for an account.

They fill out the account creation form, but when they hit submit, shows a white screen and the page does not load. The visitor has to hit refresh in order to get back to the site pages, but their account is created successfully. Is this something with a php error in the processing of an account creation?

I have an SSL that toggles on and off during the account creation procedure but this was working fine before and now it is not. Does anyone have any knowledge of this occuring and how I might be able to fix it.

Even if someone could point me in the direction of the php page that handles the account creation processing so I might be able to compare the version against a backup to see if something might have been altered that is causing this would be most appreciated.

    Thanks a lot!

I did and have that installed, but don't really understand how to use it to get the errors to report. I have placed the page in that I want to find errors on, but then when I go to access the log, which I don't know if I have the correct url, a page not found error pops up. What am I doing wrong. The problem has now started to affect create account and logoff and login.
