    Default 2 dropdowns per attribute?

    Hi there,

Is there a simple way to have 2 dropdowns per attribute? For instance:

    http://www.blindsgalore.com/product_...=0&ph=36&phf=0

My client wants to sell window blinds, and like the link above, they have 2 Width Options, as well as 2 Height Options per product.

Any idea how to achieve this, ideally in a similar fashion as the example link?

I'm open to other ideas, too.

    Thanks.

    Simply use 2 attributes?

    Confused...

    Not 2 per attribute

Two attributes - one width & one length each with as many values as required

Two dropdowns per attribute, one for full inches and one for fractions.

A good idea for this situation, but would definitely require custom coding.

It might be possible to make two attributes for width (like Width and Width-fraction), and then hide the title for Width-fraction.

Thanks for the ideas/suggestions, much appreciated. I love Zen Cart...there's actually a community, a real community that can help, behind this beast. Yes!!!

Okay, so what came to me when I awoke this morning, based on your guys ideas, was why not just add a couple more attributes, such as Width Fraction and Height Fraction, or whatever they call it. This would probably be a better route 'cause some people won't have a clue what those extra dropdowns are, so it'd be probably be wise to give it a title.

The only concern is, and maybe someone here has a solid solution for this, is that I'm assuming that some chosen widths won't work with some heights (I need to speak with my client about this). Is there a way to make it so if the user chooses a Width of 12", then they can only select a height that works with a 12" Width, say 24". That said, the user shouldn't be able to select anything lower than 23". Something tells me though that this would require extra programming, and I'm not so sure it's worth it, especially if there are a lot of size variations. Hmmm, might be simpler to have it all as one attribute, so they can only select preset sizes. Just thinking out loud here.

Anyways, thanks again for the input. If you have any ideas on the aforementioned, I'm open.

    Peace.

Conditional attributes are, currently, one of the holy grails for ZC.
