    Default Billing and shipping does not match

    Hi

    In my admin > customers > orders there is a red dot image under the ORDER title and it says LEGEND: Billing and Shipping does not match.

    I have PayPal IPN Website Payments Standard for my payments and Zone Rates for my shipping, is there anything else I should have done?

    Everything works ok as far as customers and payments etc, but was just worried that I may be doing something wrong.

    That warning is to alert you that the addresses don't match which can be a warning sign that the ordering party may be using a stolen credit card or otherwise not being honest. Of course it's not definite proof. I commonly order things to be shipped to my office.

    Hi

    So are you saying that the customers credit card is not registered to that address that they have given? Is there any other way I could check this out before processing the order or is it a wait and see senario?

    I suppose another person could have placed the order and paid for it as a present for another person?
