sales tax issue

sales tax has worked fine. but today when i added a new products it doest add the sale tax when i set the product to taxable goods.
also when i ad a picture is show a broken image link. the image link is good

i havent changed anything or added any mods.

ok i fixed the image issue.
i also did a test check out and it does charge sale tax but the admin doesnt show the sale tax

well eveything works fine today.
I guess i just worked it to hard yesterday.
