Mysql field for for Comments/Special Instructions

I need to find the db field that contains the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS/COMMENTS that customers can include during the checkout process. This field needs to be included in my sql SELECT statement that determines the fields downloaded and integrated into QuickBooks. Can anyone tell me the field name and table where this info is stored?

I found it in the "orders_status_history" table

The field is "comments"
