If the install is successful (and it is when you use a proper host!), then the site defaults to the CLASSIC Template.

If you managed to do a full install, then you would see this.

Knowing Fast(asleep)hosts, there are a whole range of things that could be botched.

Try looking to see if all necessary files and folders were properly uploaded - a long and tedious job!

Failing that, dump the current stuff and re-install... and you may want to do the second install on a decent host.
