USPS shipping for $1 ???

the issue is that the usps module is completely removed as i want to only offer ups. HOWEVER when the customer goes to Google and logs in they are given the option to ship usps for $1 which obviously is a problem. we may eventually want to offer usps, but not right now. and certainly not for $1. please help thanks.

OK after some testing i think i am seeing that it does not do this on all products. it seems to do this on only the very heavy items. ???
