Checkout removing 'change your address' button

Following the steps I was able to remove the "change address" buttons in step 1 of 3 and step 2 of 3, but......

Step 3 of 3 still has these buttons, although it is not actual possible to change the address.

Anybody a clue on how to remove these buttons as well?

Bringing up an old thread here, I am trying to do this.

I have managed to remove this text from step 2 of 3 but not on step 1 ... ' Your billing address is shown to the left. The billing address should match the address on your credit card statement. You can change the billing address by clicking the Change Address button '

On step 3 I have the billing address and shipping address that have edit buttons next to each other but I would like to remove these, it is ok to have both addresses listed but just want to erase the edit buttons!

Any help appreciated, thanks ;-)
