    application error Cybersource Problem

    Well I installed the cybersource payment module v1-04. And my Zen Cart version is current. So everything works perfectly as far as Cybersource, but my orders are not being posted up on my Admin=>Customers=>Orders section of the Zen Cart. They used to before. So I am wondering what is the problem, and if someone encountered one before please let me know.

    But as far as Cybersource, the payment are being posted up there with no problem, everything works fine until I make a payment.

    Also, when you click on Pay in my cart, it sends me to https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do
    Maybe that is the problem?

    Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Cybersource.php file

    Make sure file “cybersource.php” is located in the root directory of your ZC store on the host server.

    2. CyberSource test server URL visible


    If you can see the CyberSource test server URL on the checkout confirmation page, it means that your CyberSource account is probably configured to use the wrong connection method (Hosted Order Page instead of the Silent Order POST).

    Please verify your setting using the Implementation Guidelines:

    3. Receipt Response URL
    Verify that the “Receipt response URL” used by CyberSource to return transaction results is properly specified. Please see Paragraph 7 (CyberSource Business Center Settings) of Implementation Guidelines:
    Go to CyberSource Business Center >> Test Business Center >> enter Username & Password and click Login >> Left vertical bar menu >> Tools & Settings >> Hosted Order Page >> Settings;

    The “receipt response URL” should be your ZC store URL.

    Please also verify the correctness of the “Decline Response URL” further down the page.

    Thank you very much for your help deBeaujeu! It turns out the problem was in my settings, I missed out on the check box that says "This URL is my custom receipt page.". So all is now fixed, and works 100%!
