Backup my Zencart

I was looking for the best way to make a Backup for the zencart folders on the server , if there is any plugin or a tool to make that backup easy, that will be great , I have installed a tool in my zencart which enabled me to backup only my SQL from the admin control panel, any help will be appreciated .

you really only need to backup your files once ( unless you make actual changes to em )
the database is where everything is stored and the backup manager is perfect for this.

so use ftp for your files 1 time then save your DB daily
