The settings in the admin control resizing the image (if necessary). If your images are larger than that, changing those settings should help. If the images are smaller or the same size, you probably need to redo the images themselves.

OK It works but one problem most of my thunbnails are higher than longer but some are longer than higher those ones are going to look weird how do I fix this issue?

Set the height or width at zero or leave blank.
Image will scale correctly.

Which one's are the thumbnail images? You have heading images, subcategory images etc etc.
I need the product images to be a bit larger.
