need help with final touches

Hi All!
I feel the site is getting close to being finished but there are certain things I just cannot find answers to. If I can get any help on all or some of these questions I would appreciate it. Thanks!
1. the spacing between the header image and the first line of text is too large - would like to narrow it - it's just empty space.
2. where do I remove the 'filter results option' in the categories page?
3. how do I add 'add to cart' in the categories page?
4. how do I change the order of the size choices? I want med, large, X-large
5. Product page images: I was able to insert a second image- see I Love Novelas - but the second image is too small and when I hit "larger image" it becomes huge. Also, I would like the image that shows the entire shirt to be the main image and the other with just hte graphic a secondary photo underneath it and smaller.
6. How do I remove the weight from the 'Shopping Cart Content' page?

Set
admin>configuration>productlisting > Include Product Listing Alpha Sorter Dropdown
to false.

Answer to NO.6:
Set
Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Shopping Cart - Show Totals
to 3
