Changing help text popup size

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to change the default popup window size for the help popup on the shopping cart contents page. I know that it is controlled by a file called: jscript_main.php but there isn't one in the info_shopping cart folder in modules. Am I looking in the wrong place? Or can I just copy a different jscript_main.php from a different module and put it in there?
