Canada Post Lettermail module not submitting the dimension information.

Hello,

Canada Post Shipping module not collecting the dimension information to send to the Sellonline server. Sellonline is receiveing the weight but not the length, width and height.

I'm using the Canada Post Shipping Module with the Lettermail. Customers are getting quote for lettermail for item height over 2 cm.

How will I correct this matter.

Hello Everyone,

I'm still looking for answers.

I'm receiving lettermail quote for the measurement below:

Length: 19.1 cm
Width: 14.2 cm
Height: 3.2 cm

When I contact Canada Post - Sell online. Couple of the people I spoke with said that they are not receiving the Dimensions. But they are receive the weight. The Dimension shows up as "0" or zero.

What can I do to fix this? If anyone fiqure this out. Please let me know.

Sounds like whoever altered the module for lettermail support must have broken the dimension logic.

Have you tried using the other Canada Post module instead?

I update from Canada Post Shipping Module, Version: 1.3.8. as soon as I realize that I will be able to ship item by Lettermail with Version: 1.3.8b.

Do you know if Version: 1.3.8 have any problem with Dimensions?

I would love to be able to continue with Version: 1.3.8b.

Small item/items that can be ship by Lettermail will be great for my customers.

Have you take a look at Version: 1.3.8b? Do you know how I could fix it?

Error on my part.

I un-install the Shipping Module in admin and logout. Remove/delete all the files that I had uploaded. Then I re-upload and make sure that I'm uploading the right files in the right area.

Guess what it works!
