Is there a way to update short order for a whole categorie at the same time?

10k products and doing them one at a time will take forever and make my eyes bleed from looking at this monitor....

Yes

Right now i have to checl on eack item thats in a cat to update for the attribute sort order to make it adjust to the new order. i was wondering if a sql script would be sent to update each cat.

maybe a nice add to the next version to give a choice to update the items within a category.

If you just want all Attributes to be set to the default Sort Order ...

Did you peek in the Tools ... Store Manager ...

Update All Products' Attribute Sort Orders
to match Option Value Default Sort Orders:

and just hit the Update button?
