When I enable phpbb in admin panel and edit configure.php I have mysql error. "Can't connect to mysql". My phpBB version is 3

First did you install phpbb3?
Zen Cart install does not install it and you must install it before enabling it
Second - only phpbb2 is supported by the bridge for Zen CartZen-Venom Get Bitten
