help! shipping zones not working! need reply asap please

ok i have set my cart us to use zone rates. Below is a cupy of what i have done.

the problem is someone in GB bought 2 items costing 89.99 but it only charged £4.99 p&p!! HELP!

sussed it the problem was i had put

25:5.49,
50:10.99,
75:15.39,
100:16.49,
200:18.69,
1000:21.99,

instead of

25:5.49,50:10.99,75:15.39,100:16.49,200:18.69,1000:21.99,

Note: you should not have that last comma on the end as that is a delimiter ...
