Here is the what I am tring to do. if you go to vibe.com and see there layout they want to have that same layout but they want to give me an iframe to load a zencart store in they would keep the header and the footer in the outer parts of the iframe can this be done?

Search this forum for iframe - there are some issues with specific session controlled functions that one would have to work around if even possible...

I am open to any other ways of doing this. They just want to keep their top 2 nav bars and header ads and the footer.

Test/try grabbing their code from source view and see if that works as it appears that the src info is hard coded already
