Credit Card Sidebox not showing

Hello,

I have searched the forums and tried to figure this out myself with no luck. I downloaded the credit card sidebox. When I turn it on in my Admin I don't see the credit card sidebox at all, and I lose formatting of my left and right columns. I have attached pictures. I am using the Cherry Zen template if that matters. I tried editing my stylesheet under my custom template directory with no luck. The instructions for the mod said add #ccacceptContent to my stylesheet. Is there anyplace in particular it should go? Does it have anything to do with my current sideboxes size or margins? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
