Shipping table price, can't get it to work

Probably something I'm doing wrong but I entered shipping rates based on total price and when I tried to test it it didn't show up during checkout. Do I need to set up all zones for that to work and if so, how do I go about accomplishing it?

If you need more info let me know. Right now I have it turned off.

Here's how I have the table rate

Shipping Table
Up to 10 charge 3.00, from there to 20 charge 6.00, fom there to 30 charge 9.00, from there to 50 charge 12.00, from there to 99 charge 15.00, from there to 100000 charge 0.00

I'm thinking I've got something wrong with the shipping zone not sure. I want to be able to set it up for all either US or overseas not quite sure how to do it. Never gotten this far with any other cart I've tried. And I've never gotten as much help with a cart as I've gotten here

It's not even showing when I changed the zone to none. How can I create a zone for all zones in the cart system?

nevermind. I'm just going to use the per item rate.

You probably need to ensure that your zones (countries and regions) are properly configured first. When you have these settings correct, you can "assign" the zones to the shipping modules.

Is it possible to set up every zone to be available for the table rate price? Because that's what I would really like to do.

I realized I was doing it wrong. Got thrown off by the instructions on the table rate page in admin shoulda done it like the shipping example for weight.

So now it works :)
