I have searched on internet but I couldn't find a good solution for that. Dose anyone know any Threads or documentation that I can go and read. or any suggestions??

Find a host that can handle the demands of a full featured ecommerce program like Zen Cart.

My current host is very good I mean I have been working with them more than a year, I have searched about my problem and it seems I am not the only one with this problem.

dose different mod cause the zen cart to send more query to DB?

what was the process running when the site caused the "cpu overload"?
If you don't know, that is the first information you need from the host to make a determination on whether it was a ZC problem.

    "CPU Overload" doesn't explain much.
If they're as good a host as you say, they should be able to give you more information than that.

Also, how does the site you built for your client differ from a brand new clean uncustomized Zen Cart install? Could it be one of those addons or customizations that's causing problems? Some mods *do* generate lots of queries. You'll have to evaluate each one for efficiency.

While Zen Cart v1.2 and v1.3 are known to generate a lot of queries in some cases, it is not common to overload CPUs on servers that are properly tuned.

And high query volume does not equal CPU overload, nor vice-versa.

Maybe there was a record-lock in the database that caused some sort of backlog? Again, check your addons and customizations to ensure they're written to prevent those kinds of things.
