Default Checkout Step 2 not working!

I know its not alot but its all i can afford with what I have invested in my business. I will pay $5 paypal to who gets my problems fixed, for your time. I did something stupid and have no idea. I downloaded "Easy signup and login" and then i downloaded "fast and easy checkout" I didn't care for the fast and easy checkout... I have 1.38 cart, so i removed it, the only thing i liked on there was the REFRESH BUTTON that was there for the coupon, so I copied the code for the button and remove fast and easy checkout... I was fooling around trying the button code in different files and if it didn't work i removed it, but I believe I may have either deleted an extra line somewhere or I have no clue. Whats happening?
---When i test my account I go to checkout select my shipping method, contine to checkout... and then step 2 whole screen is blank... Anyone help me out please!! website is HERE And the $5 is only going to one person to who ever fixes the problem. Thanks! Plz help I have over 500 product, did a database restore and didn't fixed it also uninstalled the easy signin and login didn't work so i reinstalled it still didn't work.... I am in the US eastern standard time so its 1:30 am here will be on all day tomarrow thanks again

PS feel free to make accounts, ill just delete them when its all done.

    Ryan,
Have you tried the debug utility - avilable in the downloads section?

See if this tells you the file that is causing the error then you can look at that file and fix it.
