There was a security error when trying to login

I am sorry that I have started this thread. I have read through similar threads, but still couldn't find anything that could help me.

I keep getting this error "There was a security error when trying to login". I have done a clean install, and still keep getting this error. I didn't do any upgrades. Can anyone help me how to solve this issue?

The 'clean install' you did - was it the latest version, or an upgrade?

Have you installed a custom template?

Can we see a link to your site?

Thank you for replying. I've installed the latest version of zen-cart, which is 1.3.8a I didn't upgrade. Here is the link: www.api.kharkov.ua/zc

This is interesting... I have tried both mozilla firefox and internet explorer trying to login, and kept getting the same error. I have just tried opera, and have been able to login without any errors! Does anybody know how it happened, and can anybody suggest anything, so that the customers would be able to login from any browser?

It does not work because there is something wrong with your sessions.

(when I select the English language for example the language is not remembered, and it also seems impossible to put products into the cart)
