QuickBooks Integration Questions

Hi,

I've created a merchant account with QuickBooks and wish to use their software with Zen Cart for easy accounting.

I've downloaded QBI Quickbooks Import for Zen Cart but would like to know:

1. What things to watch out for as a newbie ie bugs, integration issues?

2. How do I password protect the qbi_input and qbi_output directories(recommended)?

3. Is this the correct place to ask questions related to QB integration with ZC?
