Smart background pluggin

I am trying to get my smart background header for the categories to work. It looks like something is broken as the logo appears repeated but in a thin frame above the body.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry, I know I'm not posting this in the right spot. I don't see an obvious place where to create a new post.
