Adding 2 fields to the Sign up form

Hello,

I would like to add 2 fields to the sign up form, such as "where did you hear about us?"

Or "Are you buying for personal or for business?"

Is it at all possible?
Please teach me how.

I'm not sure on what page it asks.

For the other, you could rename the 'Company' field if you're not using it.
