How do I add Content under my Home Title on my first page. http://www.starliquid.com/shop

And how and where do I remove the extra home that is in smaller letters just above the bigger Home one.

Some people even have category images on that page that links to a description of the category but I have no idea where to edit that.

Yes, all your questions have been answered many times before. Search a bit deeper - possibly for "breadcrumbs" to start with.

Could I suggest that you spend several hours in the ADMIN PANEL, particularly under CONFIGURATION>>>LAYOUT SETTINGS (and others, of course).

Play around with the "switches" there to see what they control.

You may like to consider buying the book (see link, top right).
