Need to change Best Way in shipping method

During Checkout, under Shipping Method: I have the following:

Per Item
$9.65
Best Way
United States Postal Service (1 x 0.50lbs) United States Postal Service
$2.86
First-Class Mail
$5.30
Priority Mail

And the tick boxes are on the left of the dollar amounts. Where are the words "Best Way" coming from because that is definitely not the best way, so I need to change it. Can I change it in the admin somewhere?

For Per Item shipping, you'd find that in:

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/item.php

Remember, if you make changes to that file, you should save it to

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/YOURTEMPLATE/

to prevent overwrites.
