Center boxes managing

Does someone know, where in administration part should I change something to get rid of some of center boxes or change their sequence.

Cause i looked through all menus, but unfortunately didn't find anything , maybe i missed something? I checked out php file and found out that its described somewhere in database what should be shown in this center part of main page. I believe that i don't have to change database and i could just do it through administration page, just cant find where. PLEASE HELP!
