help with a couple things

Hi everyone, this is my site: www.commonwealthclothing.com/store

Basically, there are a few things I need to do but haven't figured out yet:

1) Remove "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution." from the home page and replace with a featured products box or something, like shown on most template screen shots.

2) Completely remove pages 2,3 and 4 from the menu (they have already been deleted in FTP)

3) Remove "TagLine Here" from the banner

4) Where in the template would I change that white box that tells you your IP address, I would like to remove its background colour

5) How do I change the page title from "Zen cart! the art of e-commerce"?

Here's what I still need to do:
