Why are people abandoning my site? Please check out my site

I know it's a lot to ask, but could someone check my website. I have A LOT of people adding product to their basket, going through the whole login registration entry page but when it gets to shipping /delivery page - they just leave! I don't know why....

at the Shipping page, it shows me 3 options

1. Purolator International, 2008-08-07 $55.34
2. Xpresspost USA, 2008-08-12 $18.45
3. Table Rate $14.95

option 1 is too much... I'd like to choose option 3 but Table Rate is confuse and it doesn't say how many days it will take to ship the product


BTW, your website doesn't display properly in Firefox

Thank you so much for checking it for me. Table rate is just a default rate for when CanadaPost server is down, so people could have at least one shipping option. I will try to add some sort of explanation to it.

Firefox? I only have IE on my computer, so I can't see what's wrong with my site. Is it very bad? How can I see it in Firefox??? Thank you again!

OK, I just checked it in Firefox amd other browsers and does not look good, in some browers it does not load at all! Is there a way to fix it?

The part where I go to your site and it hangs for 30+ seconds and gives me a dead page until I either try again a time or two or refresh the page or try later after 1-5 minutes ...

But some might find that to be more of a turn off and not keep trying, and trying and trying ...

Are you having server issues that you are noticing?

Something weird about your site ... in FireFox, if I have the browser window partially open and move my mouse near the edge by the scroll bar as if I wanted to resize it, it makes my mouse start jumping around right when I move it to where I should of gotten the sizing arrow for the <---> ... kinda scarry when sites make my browser do weird things and I often shut the browser fast and run far far away ...
