Serious problem with my zencart

Can someone take a peek at my zencart somehow I managed to remove the footer with the rotating banner at the bottom and also remove my module with my catagories in it! UGH Help please lol

What's the issue if layout is the issue you can manage this from

Did you change/add new template which does not include footer.php template file?
Did you activate categories sidebox via admin/layout boxes controller?

No I honestly did not mess with template other adding the background and topper picture that is why I am so confused lol
