like Dynamic Drop Downs but not... can this be done

hi,

i have 2 attributes for my product that rely on each other: Date & Location.

ideally what i want to do is to be able to print a list on the screen split by location all the dates available e.g.

LONDON
1/1/08
1/2/08

MANCHESTER
1/1/08
1/3/08
5/508

LEEDS
1/5/08

As the title suggests i have seen the Dynamic Drop Downs add in which if i wanted to use drop downs would be Ideal but i would really like for my customer to see the full list o locations and dates so they can see all the options easily and choose.

Is there an add-in that can help or can the Dynamic Drop Downs add-in be easily modified. if so where would i modify this option!
