No the url to the problem is in the admin area in the categoies/products section and then clicking new product. Plus the domain isn't accessable to the public right now as only certain ips can view it till we feel it's ready to go.
Then I only see two choices:
1. Save your current database, remove current Zen Cart files then re-install, Import previous database if needed.
2. Double check all settings in the Admin 'configure.php' file and/or see what else isn't working in the Admin to see if helps track down this problem.
