Shipping isn't calculating correctly

I am using the Zone Table Rate mod, but it's not correctly calculating shipping costs.

Here is what it looks like:

My products are basically broken down into 3 different sizes (Or weights in this case 1,2,3). So if something is in Zone 8 and has a size of 1 it should cost $67.

But every time that I checkout, shipping costs say $0

Check if the Tare setting is affecting this in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

It is by default set to:
0:3

That is adding 3 to the weight and if you are using weight for your "size" then 1+3 is 4 and you do not have a definition for 4 so you get 0 ...

Hmm, Maybe my shipping idea wasn't so great. You can see my tables in the first post, and everything works unless your weight goes over 3 and then nothing shows up. I need it so that if you have two products, one with a weight of 1 and one with the weight of 2 it will add the two shipping costs together and charge the customer that. But right now it's adding all of the weights together and causing the weight to go over 3 if you have a larger quantity. Is there a way in the admin console to specify that I don't want it to add everything, just charge for each individual product?
