I have happily managed through most programming until now. Dealing with the out of stock message is problematic at best. Some links on this topic are broken, so not all answers are still in place.

If I change the default, I still get the message. Erasing the code by modifying pages is a last ditch approach. I've done enough of that on other matters. One workaround would be to add to stock. How in the heck would you do such a thing? There is no documentation that I can find to ADD to the stock level for zen cart. Everyone discusses low levels, etc., but never inputing a stock level. Any advise that is reasonably simple or am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
