Uploading Products in a batch

Hello,

Now that I know how to update prices in a batch, I'm asking your help in uploading new products in a mass. Similar to the batch price update, I could use SQL queries, but I would first like to check with you whether there is a more user-friendly way in ZC. Perhaps arranging an Excel sheet in a way that corresponds to the DB tables and uploading it.

So, is there a way to upload products in a batch with ZC 1.3.8a?
