Is it possible to allow customers to create products ?
How could this be done ?

Zen Cart is not a "Mall" script and does not by default have a facility for this.
You might look at the 3rd party module in the downloads section for "Admin Profles" and see if you can use this - but I do not think that you can restrict others to only their category area.Zen-Venom Get Bitten
