USPS options not showing up.

We have called USPS and asked them to move our account to the "Production server" and we put in the new account username that was given to us in the USPS shipping module on our site.. yet we still get this error.

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

And you have not set any Zones on the USPS shipping module?

And you have installed the May 12th Update to the USPS module and followed all instructions?

Zip Code, I believe so, where do I check this?

How do I set zones??

I am using zen cart version 1.3.8, do I still need to install that update.. if so where do i get it?

I am testing it using my account and we are shipping within the U.S. ... for that matter within the same state according to my account zip code and the zip code of the store.

Get the new updated USPS Shipping Module for May 12th unannounced USPS changes at:

Follow all instructions carefully for REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure ...

Set to Production Server as Test Server is broken more often than not ...

Be sure that you called USPS to activate your account AFTER you received your valid USPS Web Tools User ID ...

ok, so I did everything stated above.. and it still was not working.

I did what the following thread suggested:

For now that "fix" will solve my issue. If my partner decides it is not good enough I will come back and ask for help again.

ok, my partner would like to provide more USPS shipping options than just first class.. any ideas? I have applied the May12th update.

Did you turn on the USPS shipping module and check the boxes?

When you install or edit the USPS shipping module, scroll down to all of the shipping methods available and check all of them or just the ones you want to use ...
