Recover Cart Sales

Anyway to increase fonts when i send out e-mail to customers when they fill up the cart but left without buying. The mail is sent out from admin/includes/languages/english/recover_carts_sales.php. How can i adjust the font-size to 100%, currently it really small when i viewed it at Yahoo under html.

I just installed and all I see is a configuration menu item "recover cart" and not the other two menu items. Any ideas?
