trouble with Serbian addresses

I have a customer who is trying to order from Serbia and my shipping unit using USPS is telling him that his country name is invalid.

This is what he sees.

What can I do to fix this?

What version of Zen Cart?

Are you using the updated May 12th USPS Shipping Module?
