Attributes Not Sorting Properly

I am working on a site. Now, I've done this about a kazillion times, so I don't consider myself an amateur, and I've created attributes sorts. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here.

I have created my option values with sort properties
http://www.kingdomarts.org/praises/sortorder.gif

But when I add them to products they are sorted alphabetically.

http://kingdomarts.org/praises/index...&products_id=2

Any ideas?

Admin---->Catalog --->Option Value Sorter---->Update All Products' Attribute Sort Order
