Admin - Categories/Products - Limit 2?

While in admin I go to Catalog>Categories/Products to see my products. Problem is, it only shows me 2 (of over 3,000) and makes me go from page to page and only showing me 2 at a time.

I have a ton of edits to make and when I can only see 2 at a time, it's a pain. Any ideas on how I can tell admin to show me say ... 30 or even 50?

There are several settings for the maximum number of various things to show per page, configurable via Admin->Configuration->Maximum Values.
