System Installed: ZC 1.3.8a.

I've been testing the product notification & News letter and It doesn't seem to work.
This is how I test it:
step 1: I purchased 1 item, complete check out and was presented with option to recieve updates for the products I have purchased at the end of the check out page, I accepted the Product Notification.
I even check the Product Notification on my Account to make sure the product is there.
step 2: I went to admin/tools/product notification and create a product notification email. I click on send, and select the product I have purchased on the left box and use the >> button to move it to the right box. Then I click on Submit Button.
Results:
I got a send email confirmation after click on the Submit Button:
9 emals has been send to customers.

There are 2 problems :
First: I did not received any product notification email.
Second: I assume only 1 email should be send out for that particular product I have selected because I check on the Product Notification Report: only 1 subscriber which is me for that particular product. However, the confirmation shows 9 Emails have been send out.(and I'm not even sure if those 9 emails were received by users)
