help with mysql database on store upgrade/move

Hi,

I just upgraded to 1.3.8 and moved a store to a new location on the same server. While much of the data was backuped and placed into the new store version and location; however, some of the customers were not updated since the old store was still taking orders while the new store was in development. Is there a way to add in those customers in the phpmyadmin in the mysql database? For example...customers that entered and created accounts since March of 08 up until current date? Also we would like to add the orders that were processed during that time period as well. I just cannot copy the entire sql from the old into the new, since there were changes that were done to the new db. Just curious if this were possible.
