No option to use PayPal Express

I've set up PayPal express, but i can't get it to work with customers that are logged in. IN Step 2, i only see Credit Card and Check/MOney order.

What am I doing wrong?

Note I can see PayPal express IF the user is not logged in. However, if the user is logged in, I cannot see PayPal?

Do I have to change the Set Order Status?

When I try to purchase through PayPal express, I get the error message:

We are sorry for the inconvenience; however, at the present time we are unable to use PayPal to process orders from the geographic region you selected as your PayPal address. Please continue using normal checkout and select from the available payment methods to complete your order.

How do I get rid of this?

I want to only be able to ship to people in Canada and the US, however Shipping in Canada is free over 100%

What "Payment Zone" have you selected in your Express Checkout module?

The Payment Zone restricts who the module can be used for. If you don't want restrictions, leave it set to --None--

Zen Cart doesn't require any 3rd-party API permissions, because it's logged in as *you*.

Thanks for the help. Removing the Zone worked, but i did have the zone set to Canada, which is what my test user's country was set to.

On a side note, any help on the first post? I thought i put these 2 issues in seperate topics, guess not

Maybe they're not... but as it is, if I log into my website, i cannot use Paypal express. If I am not logged in I can.

It's not a payment for on Step 2... What do I need to do in order to allow customers to:

1) Pay via Pay Pal express without creating an account
2) Pay Via Pay Pal express when logged into Zen-Cart.

Any help would rock. I'm trying to get this done asap for my wife

If the "payment zone" is set to --none-- in the Express Checkout module, it will appear on the Step 2 "Checkout Payment" page if customers choose to go through checkout normally.

If it's not doing that, then the question arises: What's different about your site vs a fresh clean brand new install where it does work?
