This is my third zencart but this is the first time I have had this problem. Both the site and the admin section are missing their html formating.
I'm not even sure what I should search for to fix this problem, can anyone help?

Your next step might be to head over to the tutorials and investigate custom templates and the override system.
A little help with colors.
