Manufactures sidebox no arrows?

on my home page the manufacturers side box had no up or down arrows, wondering if this is common, could not find any documentation.

Using FireFox and viewing your site - I am seeing the ladder(arrows) up-down

Works OK in IE7 and Safari on XP (sorry) here, but only works on FF2 if I increase the text size of the browser.

You might be able to force a height for that box in the stylesheet with
